Hi there! I'm Isabella Diamonds, a woman who's learned the hard way that success isn't just about climbing the corporate ladder. For most of my life, I focused on career goals, meeting deadlines, and ticking off boxes to show the world I had it all together. But somewhere along the way, I lost touch with my health and well-being. At 43, after years of long hours, stress, and sleepless nights, I realized that something had to change.
I found myself battling burnout, anxiety, and exhaustion, all while trying to maintain the image of a perfect, successful woman. It wasn’t until one sleepless night when I stumbled across a wellness blog that I realized I was neglecting something incredibly important—myself. The idea of mindfulness, slowing down, and reconnecting with my body and mind resonated deeply with me.
That's when I decided to make a major change. I stepped away from my corporate job and began my journey toward health and wellness. Armed with a laptop, a cup of coffee, and a new sense of purpose, I started my blog, The Pure Thrive.
Here, I share my personal struggles and triumphs with burnout, anxiety, and embracing a healthier lifestyle.
